I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've had a paintbrush  and notebook in my hands, quest for depth and connection in my heart, and a longing to help people heal since before I could read. I began meditating and doing yoga at the young age of 13 and have been studying my mind, heart, and experience using these modalities and others ever since.

I came to Colorado for graduate school in 1999 and chose to stay. I've been in private practice as a psychotherapist in Boulder and Longmont, Colorado since 2002. Most of my work focuses on helping teens, women and couples to reconnect and realign with themselves. I love to include a creative process in this healing work for those who are inclined; for those who are not, my therapeutic approach is always innovative and vital.

In my free time you will find me swimming in all forms of water, having a ping pong match with my son, dancing with my partner, laughing with my wonderful women's community, or meditating in this clear Rocky mountain air.

Thanks for reading this. I look forward to learning more about you and what makes you feel most alive and well.
